TRAINING IN DREAM WORK – I
Recognizing the healing and transformative power of dreams, this course will provide a brief overview of different approaches to dream work. Going beyond dream analysis and interpretation, it will also offer a body-oriented approach to dream work that enhances personal growth and spiritual development. The course will be primarily experiential aiming at personal growth through actual dream work in group as well as training in working with dreams. Admission is limited to trainees and practitioners of psychotherapy and counselling. Limited seats.

TRANSFORMING STRESS™

Industry and organizations are facing serious stress related problems in the workplace. The adverse impact of stress, experienced at all levels from CEOs and managers to ordinary employees, include serious physical illnesses as well as psychological problems, disturbed relationships, vitiated workplace atmosphere, loss of morale, motivation, efficiency and productivity. Consequently, stress is the cause of major financial losses to businesses due to employee turnover, absenteeism and rising health costs.
Transforming stress programme provides an understanding of stress and its impact on people. It also offers an approach that involves learning the essential skills of dealing with stress to minimize its impact.
However, the major focus of this workshop is on helping participants to become resilient in the face of stress through the use of a highly effective awareness-centred approach.
The goal is an ambitious shift in outlook and perspective so that stress which is a cause of a potential breakdown can be used as a threshold to a breakthrough.
